President Buhari has finally inaugurated his cabinet
nearly three months after he was sworn in for a second term. President Muhammadu Buhari [Facebook/Aso Rock Villa]
President Muhammadu Buhari has inaugurated 43 ministers into the
Federal Executive Council (FEC) for his second term administration.
The president presided over the inauguration ceremony that took place at the State House, Abuja on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.
The ministers took their oaths of office shortly after Boss Mustapha took his as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation who Buhari reappointed last month.
The president also reappointed himself the Minister of Petroleum Resources.
While delivering his remarks after the oaths
of office, Buhari appealed to the ministers to work diligently to
improve security, grow a diversified economy and fight corruption.

Ex-Big Brother Naija 2019 housemate, Isilomo, has slammed fellow ex-housemates Kimoprah and Ella for claiming that Tacha has body and mouth odour. 40-year-old Emeka Okwuosa has been remanded in prison for allegedly defiling a 2-year-old girl. According to the court papers filed before the Magistrate Court in Nsukwa, Delta state, Emeka on May 31st allegedly had canal knowledge of the minor after her father had gone out. He was arraigned before the Magistrate court yesterday June 19th. The court ordered that he be remanded in the Federal Prison Ogwashi Uku pending advice from Directorate of public prosecution (DPP). Activist, Harrison Emefiena Gwamnishu, who shared the story online, said the victim’s father, Mr Johnson from Akwa Ibom state, lived in the compound owned by Emeka. He had gone to work on the day the crime was committed, leaving the little girl with his 12 year old Nephew. Emeka allegedly sent the Nephew on an errand, creating the opportunity for him to rape the minor.
